Required documents

⭐️ Must haves

Passport

Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Two sets of photocopies of your passport bio data page (first and last page of passport)

Application form

A duly filled visa Application Form that is filled and signed by the Applicant (Form 14 A). (Tip –Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed.) One photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across.

Cover letter

Letter from Applicant addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai’ stating name of the applicant, designation, passport number, purpose of visit, duration of stay in brief. In case of self-employed / salaried, cover letter to be made on official letter head and must be signed and stamped.  Applicant's contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter).

Photograph

Recent passport-sized color photograph taken within the last three months. For Guidelines please visit: https://www.ica.gov.sg/photo-guidelines

Financial Statement

Updated Bank Statement of the last 3 months, signed and stamp by bank. 

Occupation proof

Personal Bank Statement of the last 3 months. Proof of business ownership or NOC from the company on its letter head along with a copy of employee ID card.

Jurisdiction

Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Orissa

Address proof

If Passport is issued from Jurisdiction other than the above mentioned.

Any of these two can be submitted:
Current Electricity bill, Mobile/Landline bill, Society Letter (Original), Agreement copy of Flat, Credit Card Statement (All document should be on Applicants Name)

📩 Invitation

If visiting family/friends:

If visiting family, relative or friend, an invitation letter is needed from the invitee with their Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of invitee with relationship details. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai. Also, other documents including PR card copy, Passport copy (bio data pages), relationship proof and NRIC card copy are needed.

In case of business visa:

Invitation letter from Invitee counterpart, on letterhead of the company for business, addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Singapore, Mumbai’ stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and with the detail of expenses taken care by invitee. It should also contain the name and designation of the authorised signatory with Company Seal. Form V39-A, Letter of Introduction (LOI) required from sponsor along with FIN (Foreign Identification Number)/ NRIC.

📑 Others

Minor travelling

Minor children travelling without parents, NOC from parents with their signature proof is needed.

Marriage certificate

If spouse’s name is not endorsed in passport, Marriage Certificate is needed.

Honeymooners

Original or well-scanned copy of the Wedding Card is needed.
